Your employees will find this a useful guide on the topic, explaining what you, as an employer, provide and how you facilitate a pregnancy.
It contains 10 sections and also contains a section for Forms that you will find helpful.
What else might you need?
Though our Maternity Rights Booklet sets out how you as an employer manage maternity leave, and it acts as a useful guide for your employees, it is not in and of itself a maternity policy.
