Employment Status Checklist

What is an employment status checklist and when should you use it?

This is a useful checklist to help you differentiate between an employee and a self-employed person.

It is important to get this right because they both have very different rights under employment law.

Get it wrong and you could find yourself with an employee when you really wanted a contractor.

Employees have the most rights, and the self-employed usually have hardly any rights under employment law.
